Acceptance of Terms

By using Custom bots or buy it, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds depend on the payment method used for purchasing the custom bot. In some cases, refunds may not be possible.

  • The buyer must provide a clear reason for the refund request.

    • The maximum refund period is 5 days.

Custom Bot Avatar Photo Policy:

  • Custom bots allow you to modify the bot's avatar photo at any time. However, the avatar photo must not be obscene, contain violent or racist content, or offend any group, sect, or religion.

  • Violation of this policy will result in a permanent ban from using the main bot and support server and anything related to the Bot

Custom Bot Name Policy:

  • Custom bots also allow the ability to modify the bot name at any time, However the bot's name must not be obscene, racist, or offensive to any group, sect, or religion.

  • Violation of this policy will result in a permanent ban from using the main bot and support server and anything related to the Bot

Avatar And Name Loging:

  • When the avatar photo or name is changed, the old and new information is recorded and kept for 30 days.

    • This is to ensure that the bots are used for their intended purpose, which is to listen to music, and nothing else.

  • All logs are reviewed to ensure that the bot is used as required

Server Change Policy:

  • Users can change the server on which the custom bots operate by contacting technical support within the first 3 days of purchasing the bots.

  • Server changes are not guaranteed at all times. Additionally, custom bots cannot operate on more than one server simultaneously.

Subscription Renewal:

  • Subscription renewals are handled similarly to the initial purchase. Contact support to arrange payment, and they will guide you through the renewal process. However, if the subscription expires, the custom bots' avatars photo and names cannot be recovered after 30 days, and the bots will be deleted entirely and made available to another user.
